Story
Discover the secret of a town in the central United States that traps anyone who enters. As the townspeople struggle to maintain a sense of normalcy and search for a way out, they must also survive the threats of the surrounding forest. Known as the Beaver Bank Mansion, it has a long history and was once home to apartments, a community center, a fire station, a school, a church, a grocery store, etc.
All that remains are the cobblestone streets and driveways on which the fake town was built
(all demolished by 2004) to support workers at a nearby military radar base that operated in the 1950s and 1960s. When Boyd climbs behind a distant tree, he finds himself at the bottom of a well. A rope is thrown to him by (presumably) Martin in the room above, despite the fact that his wrists are chained together.

Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be) by Jay Livingston and Ray Evans performed by The Pixies. Much better than I thought it would be based on some of the negative reviews here. So good that I binged the first two seasons in a long weekend.
Very enjoyable and fun to watch
Can’t wait for the third season to come out. Great introduction to a series reminiscent of shows like Lost and Wayward Pines but different enough that I didn’t feel like I was watching the same show. I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone who likes horror/crime with a bit of gore.
One of the best series I’ve seen in a while
I just hope there are more seasons, or at least enough to get answers to all the questions I still have.
