I’ve been looking forward to Dune: Prophecy ever since I first heard about it. Then I saw the previews and the excitement grew even more.

invested in every episode, you’ll love it

Well, after seeing it, I can say that it definitely lived up to my expectations. However, you have to be realistic about your expectations, if you expect something as perfect as the films directed by Dennis Villenueve, you will be disappointed, but if you go into it, you will just expect a perfectly paced, impressive series that will keep you thoroughly entertained.

You don’t want to wait a week between episodes, it’s that good

The world building that goes on and the attention to detail is as good as a TV show. This series is the best to watch because I can promise that when you finish the episode, you can’t wait to start the next one.

Media pundit Muncie Daniels must fight for his innocence and his life after stumbling upon a murder deep in the Poconos. Colman Domingo’s first leading television role. Just started watching it and it’s possibly a 6-8. I just wanted to come on here and point out how odd these reviews are. Either 10s or 5 and under. You get the feeling people either love it or hate it, there’s nothing in between. Personally I think it’s solid so far but not overwhelming. Some aspects are really engaging while others are a bit predictable or boring at times. The acting is decent and the pacing is fine, though it could use more depth in some areas. Overall I wouldn’t give it a perfect 10 but it definitely deserves more nuance than what I’ve seen in these reviews. It’s a watchable show with potential that could get better with time. Hopefully a better balance will be achieved with time.

Im not like a massive fan of any of the other episodes but i can also recognize they are really well done and you can tell there was a lot of thought and care put into it

The The 40k episode is peak fiction i've never felt more blessed by the emperors holy light than i did watching that first fight sequence 39 times it's so nice to see my favorite franchise finally having a high budget good quality adaptation into a show.

FOR THE EMPEROR!

Anyone that thinks it's a bad show either hasn't played any of the games here or knows anything about the IP or they're nitpicking and looking for flaws.

Featured in Late Night with Seth Meyers: Ben Stiller/Rose Matafeo/Brooke Colucci (2022). Edit* Episode 9 S1 is one of the greatest TV episodes I’ve ever seen from a series, still telling the story but making it even more brilliant. He deserves awards and recognition for that.

Only two episodes

So I’ll keep this very brief for now and update with a full review at the end of the series. I went into plot blind before watching and I’ll spoil everything. One of the few unique filmmakers in Hollywood who can go by the actor/director alone and still get great actors and a good budget.

It’s a universe unto itself

This is a series unlike anything on the air and has great potential to be considered one of the greats of the so far unsung dark comedy series. Can’t wait to see the world building. Give this a chance, so far it’s not driven by politics or the real world.
